On January 9th the barista put a hand written CLOSED sign out at 5:15 pm Mountain Time when it says it should open until 6:00 pm. I’m pretty upset…
Free Wi-Fi, outlets to plug in laptop and good service.
I was in line on a busy day 1/4/20 and witnessed the the lady with the short blonde hair working behind the counter completely belittle a customer in front of not only me but several other customers in line. Completely unprofessional behavior. I left the line upon seeing that. You don’t do that in front of customers and you definitely don’t talk to another human being like that.

Super confused as why when I ordered my drinks they didn’t tell me they were out of them. Then why I didn’t get flat lids instead I got dome lids with ice drinks. They did ask if I wanted to replace them. I did say no since they made all the drinks already with other stuff I didn’t want. I didn’t want to have them remake them. But please next if you can’t make simple ice coffee drinks then say you don’t have it in the beginning of the order not after the fact. Normally this a great location but lately they’ve missed the mark big time.
