Fuego Azteca Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

Stopped in for a mid-afternoon lunch on a Friday with a couple of friends. Warm friendly greeting and seated immediately. Restaurant was very clean, warm and friendly. We had drinks, chips and salsa within a few minutes. Refills came right on time. Our food came out pretty fast and was hot and delicious. Great authentic flavors. I will absolutely be back and recommend to my family and friends.

I was nervous eating Mexican food in Colorado and I was pleasantly surprised to find such great Mexican food. We live in Texas and visited Colorado and this resturant was delicious. The mole was good sweet but not too sweet with a slight spice kick. Everyone enjoyed their meals ans the wait staff was friendly and helpful. Ambiance had the feel of a typical Mexican resturant.

I dont really like mexican food… but I gotta say this place was a huge surprise. Food is AMAZING!!!! Servers treat you like family and gave great recommendations. Probably the best restaurant in town after tubing activity. Ezequiel!! THE BEST WAITER!

Excellent food and service. I was very pleased with the meal and I recommend anyone to try them. The drive out there from Denver is gorgeous too btw.

We love it here! Great food, great prices, great wait staff! They're also very accommodating to large groups (unlike Randi's). The La Burra is an absolute winner!
