Starbucks Coffee Company

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations, and I truly enjoy coming here. The staff is consistently kind and hardworking, and I always give this store five stars. This note is meant kindly and respectfully for the manager. Dear Manager, I noticed that the baristas working by the window are really cold. The heater above them doesn’t seem to be functioning properly. I understand they had asked about a space heater and were told no, and I completely understand that decisions like that aren’t always simple, although don't have to be expensive or come out of the company's budget. That said, your employees spend long hours standing in that spot, taking care of the rest of us as we come in or drive through, often juggling many different personalities and demands with grace. To my iced brown sugar SHAKEN espresso community - this Starbucks is not the one to go to. The employee only shook it 3 times ! When I ordered the employee also asked how do you spell the name Natalie which is the first time I’ve ever heard any Starbucks employee ask how to spell a name. The atmosphere was really cool though it’s nice inside and the bathrooms were clean.

This is a very busy location especially Serving Lincoln Way, East high school directly across the street, but the staff is extremely friendly and works hard to keep the flow going. Hugh cafe available unlike any of the surrounding Starbucks. Lots of tables and chairs and outside tables available as well.

My favorite Starbucks location! Great customer service, Ben always goes above and beyond. It’s nice to see everyone happy and smiling.

Always a pleasant and relaxing experience. However, today (Columbus Day), the manager let the napkins run out around store, and seemed to find it difficult to resupply the store or even hand me a few napkins without it being an effort. Subsequently, she just lacked any courtesy in her other interaction with me. More of a manager lacking skills kind of issue. Store tends to be not the cleanest, as well.
