Chef Klaus' Bier Stube

What a great place to get away from the kids for an evening. Absolutely loved this place. It was my and my wife’s first time coming to Chef Klaus’ and it was just a great time. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while! Our sever was on top of everything, suggested great apple & plum liqueur to compliment the beer, made sure dinner was spot on and just made the experience that much better. We started with the escargot appetizer and it was so buttery and the snails just melt in your mouth. Paired with that roasted garlic bread; chefs kiss! For dinner I had the Bayrischer Schweinebraten (Bavarian pork roast). It was absolutely delicious! The pork was so tender that you didn’t need a knife to cut it. FEBRUARY 2026 We visited Chef Claus for dinner - atmosphere is really cool with all their German decor - I gave 4 stars (and not 5) because the bill was a little expensive for the food we got. For dinner for 2, with no drinks (only water), and a standard dinner, with tip, we were at $80 - the menu has LOTS of options - menu has a section of standard “plain American” options if someone in your group is not a German food fan - dinners come with a soup or salad, and 2 veggies. I got the French onion soup for an upcharge and for the veggie I got sauerkraut and garlic mashed potatoes - dinners also get a free bread and light veggie tray - I really enjoyed the decor of the restaurant- there’s TONs of German decorations such as , murals, model train, mugs on the wall, taxidermy animals, etc - res

1/26 - passing through the area on a weeknight and decided to eat somewhere different. Seated immediately, service was quick, large menu, great German beer menu. I had the Sausage platter & wife had a paprika schnitzel, both were wonderful and plentyfull, plan on takehome. Live music the night we were there, don't know if it's every night. Prices might seem high but for us, we got to eat twice for the price.

German style restaurant crowded on a Sat. Ight with entertainment. Order potato pancakes, liver and onions. Prime rib, filet, sweet potato mashed, sauerkraut, German potato salad. Large portions. Sweet waitress. Bus service slow on drinks and removing plates from the table.

First time dining here. Warning! Come hungry and very hungry. Portions were very large and you'll definitely be taking leftovers home. Flavor of food was incredible and cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was vibrant and decorated very well. Great selection of beers and cocktails. Our waiter was David who was awesome and exemplary, very helpful with the menu, attentive and a great attitude. Over all worth going out of your way for some authentic German food and experience.
