I keep asking for the white chocolate mocha hot and they keep just giving me white hot chocolate without the mocha

Pleasant surroundings and dependable service. Drinks are good, making it worth returning.

The inside of this location is absolutely gorgeous. It is their first week open and you can tell that they are so busy but they are still keeping a good attitude and working their best to get everything out and correct. Honestly I expected so much more chaos but was met with positivity and friendliness which is so rare these days.

The staff ignores you while they prioritize App orders. When they do acknowledge you they are very friendly. Starbucks and/or the Food Court Manager need to assign at least 2 employees (1 at register and 1 making drinks) to prioritize customers face to face. Ridiculous that customers in person are treated this way.

Extremely slow service. If you go in to order, you stand at the register for 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. Then wait 15 minutes for your drink. If you order on the mobile app 15 minutes before arriving, you wait an additional 15 minutes when you get there to get your order. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.
