Starbucks Coffee Company

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Ashley! My order wasn’t quite right at first, but she fixed it immediately with a smile and absolutely nailed it. She was kind, professional, and clearly really good at her job. It’s rare to see someone handle a busy rush with that much patience and positivity.

Today I asked for a medicine ball. The lady handed me a drink and it belonged to someone else. I put it back on the counter. I waited for my actual drink and although she said "medicine ball" and put the drink on the counter top this time it was indeed a white mocha drink. Smh.

Service is absolutely horrible. They do not keep the app updated and when you order from the app, they give you a substitute that's lower in price than what you paid and expect you to take instead of offering a refund. Highly disappointing. If you have the option to go somewhere else, than do. For example I ordered the Dubai mocha with cold foam. All I received was a iced Mocha latte with no foam. They expected my husband to just take it and said they were closing and wouldn't make the foam.

I ordered my drink online at 1142 when I got to the store at 1150 my drink was not done. So I waited for 30 minutes still no drink. When I asked an employee about my order I was told "its gonna be a minute." I understand they where busy but I was there for 30 minutes with no drink. I ended up walking out.

Very mediocre place with awful coffee but very friendly staff. Coffee is averagely bad, but at least better than PX Fas Station or DFac coffee-machine. Beside coffee, very poorly assortment of snacks and pastries. So, the place not really worth to visit. Only if you can not wait for normal cup of coffee. Or came here straight from Basic Combat Training. But really, Starbucks! You could and you should be better.
