My current review.... I love the staff. They always work with me on my special order. Have been disappointed though the last 4 trips because they don't have my "cinnamon dolce" flavoring... Makes me super sad because I can't have my "Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino" without it. And NO substitutes work either, sadly. It's not through lack of their trying tho. I hope they get it in soon. Makes me sad. I miss my drink.... 😭😭😭😭 My review from 5 months ago..... Way better this time versus my last visit of paying $18 for our coffee, that was horrible!.... Guy actually took the time to look up the order since he didn't know he could make it correctly. & it was perfect. There should be no shame in looking up how to properly make something if you aren't 100% sure because it's someone else's mo

Just ordered a pumpkin spice hot latte and a caramel brûlée hot latte. Neither are hot and I didn’t realize it until I was on 74. When I order hot coffee, it should absolutely be hot! Then when you try to call you have to go through the Ingles phone system to even get to Starbucks. Tried and didn’t get any answer!

I worked at Starbucks and know and this place tried to charge me for sauce when my drink doesn't get sauce it gets sugar free vanilla syrup and syrup comes with the drink 😆 Cashier was nice and obviously new, but manager if that's what he was trying to be was a joke. They permanently lost my business.

Come on. Everytime I order a hot chocolate is basically foam and no taste. You put no chocolate in it. It's disgusting. I'm paying a lot for my drinks, and you're skimping on the main ingredients. 5 times already this has happened.

Went in with my wife to get a simple coffee with cream. Same order for both of us. NO CREAM ADDED by the employees. This wasn't a simple mistake. I watched them "add" cream to both of our orders with the employee asking their supervisor if they added enough. It was a lie and a scam. Very bad look for Starbucks. Not a good look for Ingles, either. And I love them.
