Starbucks Coffee Company

First time doing mobile ordering here.. I ordered one drink was suppose to be done at 4:09.. still waiting and it’s almost 4:28 . not a lot of people inside but tons of people in drive thru… all these drinks have been sitting there and people have been coming up touching them and look to see if they belong to them… not sanitary especially during Covid. Several other customers have been waiting a while too.. the staff seems overworked and there’s lots of workers here so not sure if they need to hire more people or what .

Watched the manager berate a young cashier right in front of me for not charging for a scoop of pineapple in water. A good leader knows you use that as a teachable moment in private or pulled aside not a chance to embarrass in front of all. Good service starts at the top and this location has a very weak manager.

Less than 1 star! The manager is the rudest I have ever dealt with ! Actually told me to take business elsewhere so I have! I will spread the word of I was treated as a customer who spends a lot a month at Starbucks ! Done with this company will be glad to spread the word !

Starbucks is the go-to for wake-me-up coffee for this Mama! However, not all Starbucks are alike. We all need improvement from time to time. This Starbucks could use more Customer Focus. Waited at the register for approximately 5 minutes before anyone would charge me for a bottle of water I had in my hand. It was a 2nd order that morning inside. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter. I don't believe it should take all 6 working the orders from the window, in my opinion. Other than that, my first order went good and the food was good.

The service today was just awful. Perhaps it’s because it was a Sunday after church has let out. They didn’t even offer an apology for the twenty minutes it took them to get the 7 cars ahead of me their orders. When I tried to see what was up I was basically ignored. We waited a good five minutes before getting our order even taken. I knew exactly what I wanted when I pulled up and didn’t need a minute to think about it. I would have been understanding had they said they were short staffed or offered any sort of an apology. I’ll be driving over the bridge, out of my way, to go somewhere with better service. I’m disheartened because having a drive through should save time but, sadly it would have been quicker to go out of my way.
