I stop here often, but after Saturday afternoon's visit, I'll likely go elsewhere. I ordered a croissant and latte -- this was a drive-thru visit -- and paid nearly $11 for my order before adding a tip. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the server shoved a mobile card reader at me. After paying, I showed my phone app to scan for points, but was told 'Sorry, too late.' Why wasn't I asked about this first? Additionally, I discovered that my drink was incorrectly made, leaving me to fix it when I got to my workplace. One of the niceties about Starbucks -- besides their usually good service and products -- is that one can use the app and receive points for purchases. It might be a 'little thing' to some, but it does matter. Good service also matters and yesterday's experience left me extr

The staff dropped my personal mug and served me a coffee with dirt and mud mix with my coffee and on the edge of mug, and told me they can't wash customer's mug due to some safety issue. The manager did eventually help me clean the mug and remake me one. But have been to Starbucks worldwide, this experience is very impressive...

No stars if I could. This is my go to for early morning work meetings, but twice I have gotten here at 5:30 & their doors have been locked even though thier hours say they open at 5am. I did call & verify that the lobby does open at 5. I usually pre-order or like to go in the lobby because I order a food item & I feel that can delay the drive through. Both times this has happened, there has been other people waiting at the door & the employees will just look up at people waiting at the door & ignore them. When I called, I talked to Jess, who said that yes they open at 5am. When I mentioned that the doors were still locked she said, "o.k. see you when you get in." She never came to unlock the door, & walked into the back. I went back & stood at the door where both of the other employees j

I had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location. First off, thank you for playing a Taylor Swift that included all Taylor's Versions and underrated masterpieces- it made my heart so happy 🥲🩷 The service was exceptional and our drinks were made so well and with such care. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. There is a free parking lot associated with the restaurant as well as a drive thru. Look forward to visiting this location again.

No stars for this place. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We cleaned the table ourselves and picked up all the trash, only leaving the baby chair on one side because we were with a baby. Then one of the crew members yelled at us saying, “You guys leave a mess here, but I’ll clean it.” That just happened! Totally unacceptable behavior.
