Jersey Mike's Subs

Staff is always friendly but like anything good, prices go way up and quality goes way down. There is noticeably less meat and cheese (literally see through slices) yet every time I visit prices seem to go up 10¢.

Used to be a great place but they have gone downhill. Not sure if its because they sold to a private equity firm, but god they are extremely stingy with the meat. My sandwich got 2 crazy thin slices of cheese and they do the subway thing now where they fold over 2 or 3 pieces of meat to make it look bigger than it is. Im from jersey and when they make sandwhiches, they definitely do not use scales to weigh ingredients. Feels very corporate now. They sure do add a ton of lettuce to the sandwiches.

First time at this new Fitchburg Jersey Mike's location and it was busy! I ordered ahead with the app and my sub was ready (so nice to be able to skip the line!). I ordered the #8 Club Sub without the red vinegar and olive oil. But last second I added the Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (free topping) and it was great! Not as hot as jalapeños, but soon much flavor. It reminded me of giardiniera. I really enjoyed this sub! Ordering through the Jersey Mike's app was easy and gave me choices to customize that I wasn't aware of. Plus you earn loyalty points towards a free sub!

Amazing service!!!! All of the employees here are so genuine and calm with their customers and they all do a great job overall. Oh and the sandwiches are absolutely delicious!

The servers were all really nice, but they messed up my order. The food itself also tasted very dry and wasn’t very good quality.
