I wish they tell us the truth this coconut milk taste like rotten and it doesn’t not taste the same. We went back again to tell them it doesn’t taste right. They said they would try drink coconut milk. It still taste the same but worst. I wonder if they ever check the date of this pink drink.

Ferris Starbucks is the very best !! I go there EVERY morning on my way to work !! The morning crew is the best !! Kind , friendly , fast , very personable they know their morning crowd by name ! Always a good encounter . Beautiful kind souls with contagious morning smiles !!!! Best customer service !!! Keep up the good work ladies !!!!!

I run a local fast food restaurant in the area. One of my managers Always goes to this particular location to get a coffee and I had asked her if she would pick me one up. I placed the order through the app. I didn’t notice a place in the app to put easy ice so I called and asked for easy ice. They gave her my drink a lil over half full . She asked the lady where the rest of my drink was and why so much was missing. The lady responded “she called and asked for easy ice” So where’s the rest of my drink? If I have a customer ask me for no ice I still fill the drink up all the way. They wouldn’t return and spend more money, if I gave them their drink half way, makes no sense. I had added caramel drizzle and vanilla added to my shaken espresso. That’s a nine dollar drink. And for the cup to be

Absolutely Horrible customer service. Stood in the lobby waiting to order at the register, another customer walks in behind me and their order was taken while the staff absolutely ignored me. I have never been totally ignored before so I politely stood by the door waiting for my husband to finish in the restroom THEN the barista ask me if I need to order something. No thank you, I will take my dollars elsewhere.

Every time I stop inside I am focused on. Today I had 4 different workers make sure I was taken care of. I was just waiting on a question for whole bean coffee available, I guess they were worried while employee was away. Thank yall for being so attentive.
