Walked in hungry and left full and happy. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you can tell it wasn’t just thrown together. The eggs were cooked perfect with those bright yolks, the hashbrowns had that crispy edge just how they should, and the bacon was actually done right, not all limp and sad. The waffle was golden and fluffy, and the toast was low key a favorite. Portions were generous without being over the top, and the whole place had that comfortable, homey vibe where you can actually sit and enjoy your food. If you want a solid, no nonsense breakfast that actually hits, Javier’s is 100 percent worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back.
I had the taco salad and let me tell you lt was delicious. I already want to go back and get it again. My brother ordered an omelette and he said that it was delicious too. The staff was so friendly even when we got there around 1:15 and they close at 2:00. I did not feel rushed by staff. I would highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out.
Really friendly and accommodating breakfast spot with a lunch menu as well. I have stopped here annually after BGGCon in Dallas the last 4 years. They always accommodate my large group an hour + before closing and serve is excellent food.
Got the corn beef hash and it tasted old, the biscuits and gravy were horrible. The biscuits didn’t taste cooked all the way and the gravy was cold. Also got a pecan waffle and it also didn’t taste all the way cooked and wasn’t light and fluffy. The eggs, hash browns and bacon were good. Probably will not return for breakfast again.
We were on our way home and decided to eat somewhere different. The funny thing was we saw a billboard for a burger place and for some reason Javiers didn't pop up when we did our Google search. But as we drove by, we decided to look down town and that's how we found it. We got there at 130 and they closed at 2 so we weren't sure with them closing so soon on a Sunday how it would go but figured we would give it a whirl and glad we did. The service was excellent even though they were getting ready to close and I'm sure they were ready to go home. They took care of us no issues and we very attentive. We got the chips and salsa and they were absolutely phenomenal. I'm assuming they are made in house but if they are bought I definitely need to know where to get them. If they make them as
