Starbucks Coffee Company

This location opened recently. The baristas are training, yet are doing well. Plenty of seating and w/ a drive-thru.

The people at this Starbucks said they close at 8 pm while it was not mentioned anywhere about the change. We went at 8:45pm and they already closed the doors. When we knocked they door and they came to open it they said they closed at 8 pm today and we said they did not update the change anywhere and they said that their supervisor did not come so they closed it early.

Update. Went back a few months later. Service is still slow, but drinks were made correctly. Small victory there. My god. Starbucks is failing this store. Send seasoned staff to train this store. I got a Venti Pink Drink with 2 scoop of Dragonfuit. My guy, puts in two cubes. Not scoops. Cubes. Then points out my slips says 2 Dragonfruit inclusions. I pay 1$ extra for 2 scoops. If these staff aren't trained enough to know this much. SEND staff down for a week, a solid week. To train here. Multi billion dollar company. Do better.

AVOID!!! AVOID !!!! AVOID!!!! ZERO star for this location. I waited 40 minutes for a single Americano and store was empty. Absolutely disrespectful to customers. After 30 minutes of waiting inside and I ordered ahead on the app I approached the counter to ask about my coffee they ignored me and nobody inside. After few minutes she finally asked what I want. I asked her how long it takes to make one coffee, not too long ahe said. I told her I've been waiting more than 30 minutes. She just went doing her other things..not my coffe. About 7 minutes later they put my coffee out. Ignorants working at this location have no respect to everyone's time. Manager of this location clearly doesn't care about customer service since hiring people who don't care about any work ethic and performance at

I loved everything about my experience at the new Starbucks, but I’ve noticed that no employees are wearing hair nets today! I went through the drive through earlier today, awesome service like always but there was a black hair on the outside part of my cup, on the bottom. I’m a blonde, I assume someone played with there hair, and somehow, a hair fell on the counter top where they placed my drink, before giving it to me. That’s when I noticed no one in there has hair nets! This really isn’t a complaint I’m just saying that maybe it would be best if the employees were wearing hair nets.
