have supposedly tried delivery 3 times, i am going to have to ask them to just send it back to amazon because it will be frozen solid now. they dont follow instructions that i have given them when their email asked for extra instructions. this company is a terrible courier

Drivers never follow delivery instructions which means my instructions are not followed as indicated in delivery instructions from Amazon. Update, December 28, 2025…. Worst delivery service ever. They do not follow instructions that are black on white in French and English on the label and on top of that they deliver to the wrong door. After several complaints, the delivery service is getting worse every time. This is ridiculous. January 14, 2026 - same story, no improvement whatsoever. I wonder if the driver can read and/or speak English and/or French as the instructions on the label is in both languages. 😡

I receive packages through Dragonfly quite regularly. They always keep me updated on the status of my delivery, even if there is a slow down somewhere along the delivery chain. In my experience, they have been reliable on every occasion.

Twice in one month, package got delivered to the COMPLETELY WRONG CITY. Multiple packages also getting delayed. Customer service does nothing. Worthless company how is it possible to be this incompetent.. Lost my business for life

This delivering company is great. I always know when they're coming because of their reliable updates. Packages are always secure and safe. Driver always polite and in time with the updates. Love this company!!!
