Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso- was handed a latte. When I asked for them to remake it they added ice (strange behavior because I was looking right at them). Then a “supervisor” came to speak to me and proceeded to tell me that everywhere else I am going is making it wrong and that’s not her problem. She was very young and immature, slammed the window in my face and made a scene about a simple issue. Anyways avoid at all costs if quality is important to you- the only Starbucks in the area with such low rating of 2.7..

I just wanted to leave a review for Naomi at Starbucks. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Her attitude and the way she treated me honestly made my day and made me want to keep coming back to this location. It’s rare to see someone who truly cares about customer comfort and experience the way she does. I sincerely hope more employees have the same level of warmth and professionalism. Thank you, Naomi, for such a positive experience!

Slowest Starbucks ever!!! Drive thru 15+ mins and Mobile order is 20+ mins And every single person has the worst attitude. Corporate you ruined a great Starbucks when you moved locations. Please replace retrain and rehire everyone in this place.

Waited 18 minutes in the drive through. That is not a typo 18 minutes for a drink. And a cake pop for my daughter, 18 minutes. Gotta do better. That's ridiculous, unacceptable and just nutty I would of left and left the order but stuck in the line of cars.

Starbucks as a whole needs to work on drinks.. honestly they need to make sure every drink can be made in less than 2 minutes if they have a drive thru. They set their employees up for failure. If you come up with a new drink maybe do a real world test before introduced. Wait 25 mins in line for a drink and the two cars in front of us only had 3 drinks total 25 minutes to make 4 drinks is crazy. Starbucks needs a deep dive into it business. This is every location not just this one.
