How come every time I come to this location no one knows how to make my drink? I order an iced London fog, which is just tea, milk, and vanilla and all the workers stand there trying to figure out how to make my drink, and tell me that they can’t make it iced even though I can order it iced on the app. And why do the employees ask ME how to make the drink? It’s their job, they should know how to do it
I don’t get all the bad reviews on this Starbucks. I went this morning and ordered ahead on the app, my drink was made perfectly and was delicious. The baristas were very friendly and made my drink correctly.
They slow man. We stood up there for 10 minutes and orders an online order. They stood there and looked at us not doing anything.
