Alexander’s Texas style BBQ

For a drive up BBQ stand this place blows it out of the water! WOW!! The loaded potato i ordered is big enough for three people!! And the 3 samples of the pork chicken and brisket she had me try while I waited was wonderful!! Yall do yourselves a favor and get your family meal here! Im betting you won't be disappointed!!

Excellent Texas style BBQ! Friendly, fast, responsive service straight from the owners. We decided to drive around (from another county) looking for BBQ late in the day on Labor Day, and Alexander's was open! Ribs were literally fall off the bone when pulled. Nice portion that was shared with the family. A little more pepper than my taste buds could handle but super delicious! Pulled pork was by far one of the top three I've ever eaten and I've eaten pulled pork all over the US. It didn't even need the BBQ sauce. Ask for a sample if you're ordering anything else. Shredded chicken was loaded with flavor even before adding their own special sauce. A little more on the wet side so I would recommend eating it without a bun. Fries were cooked perfectly. On 4 occasions I have purchased their dry rub ribs and even shipped some to family in Maryland. Easily the best ribs I’ve ever tasted; an opinion shared by my large extended family. I save the juice from the go box to flavor soups and beans. I take the bones and season greens. Wow - what flavor!

This is fantastic food! Large portions and so delicious!! Keep in mind this is a to go food truck. My favorite is the brisket over tots, enough food for two easily and it’s very flavorful!! The people running it are very nice and friendly.

First trying Alexander’s BBQ and it did not disappoint. The ribs were so tender, soft, juicy and flavorful made with so much love. I’ll be coming back for seconds :)
