I always go here and never had an issue until now. I found a huge black hair inside my drink and some of it hanging out and stuck under the lid (I’m blonde). I know it was an honest accident, but I’m really disgusted. The workers should have their hair tied back tightly or wear a hair net.

By far the best Starbucks on the island. They’re consistent and efficient every single time. I’m fussy with my coffee but I trust them fully. Amazing service and quality - highly recommend!!

This Starbucks is by far the best around the area. Efficient. Timely. Friendly. Accommodating. The staff has a good vibe that comes off as harmony between them and they are a well oiled machine! They always make my drink perfectly and they tend to the drive through in such a way that it’s never backed up. A well oiled machine with a classy and top notch staff!!

I came with my family to share a good coffee, but unfortunately I couldn’t finish the order because of the horrible customer service. Horrible way to answer customer questions, it seems they hate to work there. I do not recommend this place.

this location has a serious problem when it comes to reading an order properly. If you use Uber or order delivery via app expect a white mocha Everytime you order a VT ICED MOCHA. It's happens 100% when ordering that drink. Either corporate needs to address the training or change the label for the two drinks. This locations mgmt really needs to address their employees issues because it's not an isolated incident. It's happened at least ten times this summer to the point I don't even order the drink I truly want. See my photo. Also very long wait times in drive thru. I waited 15 mins another time this week in person. Drivers for previously mentioned methods will hand the delivery to someone else due to the excessive wait times and lack of attention. Mgmt is lacking
