I had an awful experience at this location today! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a caramel macchiato. There was only ONE person in front of me. Clearly the barista making the beverages was new, (she was trying hard and I appreciate that). HOWEVER, the barista taking orders was not, after I ordered she did not offer to help the new girl, instead she decided to take the next order (which is great) and then proceeded to talk to that person the entire time I was waiting. I finally got my drink (which by the way was not made correctly, I dumped it out when I got to work, even my co-worker tried it and said it was awful) after waiting SEVERAL minutes. When I asked about my sandwich the barista taking orders said simply "oh, we're out of that one" Now, I have been there after my order for alm

Rebecca was awesome. I told her that I don't do caffeine, so she suggested the London Fogg, which is the earl gray tea with soy milk. Well, I don't do soy either, so she replaced that with oat milk. Thank you, Rebecca.

Fast, correct, friendly. Summer is the best - always helpful and will ask you for additional details regarding of the drinks. Food bar is full and merchandise are stocked and well-organized and you can find good deals.

Every time I come here I get HORRIBLE costumer service. 2 out of 3 times I’ve had to get my drink remade because it’s wrong. Idk if Jewel is hiring these people but I never get the “Starbucks” experience here.

The barista lady was very arrogant and does not have pleasant demeanour.
