The only time I eat Domino's Pizza and it's decent pizza especially the one in Clarendon hills I have it delivered but it's $7 now for delivery I'm not paying $7 to have a $9 pizza delivered so I guess I'll never be eating Domino's again
I ordered a delivery order from here today. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and jalepeno. I received the first order wrong called them and asked for a replacement with the pizza made correctly. I waited 45 minutes and my next pizza came but made WRONG AGAIN in the exact same way. Finally I called again and said I would just pick up the pizza myself so it’s quicker and ensures quality but they didn’t do anything to rectify this. I waited over 2 hours for a simple pizza and had to then go out of my way to pick it up after paying a fee for delivery and tip AND wasn’t even offered a partial refund or coupon. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality control. Hope you get the location under control
Honestly, I order from here often and it's typically pretty good. As such, I kind of want to give it a 3. But alas, when it's bad: it's BAD (and that's maybe 20% of the time). With this store specifically, the quality is entirely dependant on who THE ONE PERSON IN-STORE is at the time you place your order. It's pretty laughable that their order tracker has a segment for "quality check" sometimes when you see some of the stuff they knowingly crank out. I had the absolute WORST experience this afternoon in the form of 2 flat cheesy breads (see picture) and 2 meatless chicken/bacon sandwiches. I might as well have flushed that money down the toilet. Constantly great food, reminder though, use the app! It’s good on helping you save a little money, but I just ordered for a party, I heavily enjoyed myself! Eat it hot, and enjoy! Didn’t leave a single plate full, we ate it all!
