Be careful they up charge!!! I go to franchise Starbucks all the time, even use the app to do mobile orders. I also use Fry's Starbucks, I say all that to say I know how much the drink I get cost me. On 11/3 I wanted to order a Venti peppermint Mocha, I was told the total was 8.33 (I declined said offer) because that is 1.87 more than what I pay through the Starbucks app. I have attached my app, and how I order the exact drink at the corporate Starbucks. The girl tried telling me it's because there is no "button" for the peppermint Mocha. FYI, adding syrup to a already flavored drink(i.e. Mocha) is not an extra charge, only drinks that do NOT come with flavor is there an up charge! Very poor service. Not friendly here, a blonde rang us up and tried to ring us quick before I could enter my number for a free drink on my birthday. (I waited for the screen to pop up and then before I could even enter one digit she pushed it through) We had two drinks on order so it wasn't like we went up just for one free drink. When I asked if she could go back so I could enter my number she looked behind me at no one in line and just said she couldn't like she was worried she was gonna get a line trying to fix the issue or run her time. I spoke to Safeway management about her attitude and unwillingness to help as well to further notify how poor and improper the service was.
