Starbucks Coffee Company

I come in to the GIANT starbucks every once in a while to grab a drink and the ladies that work there are always so nice, all of them say hi and ask how my day is going. Very sweet! I am usually a drive thru person but will get out of my car to go to this starbucks ♥️

I just start buy the drink like u usually buy it and I alway pay 6.25.Today I do same thing but different locations today and she chager me 7.74 like overcharged but I’m still ok,I don’t say anything after her finish the drink and she say next time will chager me more bc bla bla.And I told her I alway buy the drink in New Jersey like 6.25 she say different location different price and I just did it in the stratbucks app in same location and the price is 6.25 same my price and then she don’t happy with roll eyes see me.stratbucks treat the customer like that ?

I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so above and beyond, I felt like proper thanks must be given. I always think this is my secret Starbucks spot on the way to work because even though I can't order ahead on my app, I can usually get right in and out because the line is either very short or nonexistent. On this particular day, I was in a bit of a hurry and there was only one barista, Nick. Even though I could tell he was very busy and obviously flying solo, he was giving great customer service to each person in line and making us laugh on top of it. He was reminding each guest to put in their Giant rewards number (which I always forget) and how those rewards can pay off in addition to the Starbucks app rewards, which was so helpful. This was the worst service possible. An older lady who works around noon is the worst. She kept taking orders away from the cash register, and it wasn’t clear why since she wasn’t making the orders or something. She asked for my order at least 10 times, said 'sure,' then asked for it 3 more times. She hadn’t even put the order in to get a sticker printed out, which probably explains why she kept asking for details like quantity and size. I wouldn’t have minded if she was polite, but she was incredibly rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. If she doesn’t like taking orders, she should work somewhere else.

This is about coffee from this morning. Ordered dark toast. Very weak. This store and many others use a thermos to store coffee, which usually means coffee is not hot enough. But I’m surprised how weak it is too. Should have asked for the pike but likely it’d be weaker.
