Embers Smokehouse and Tap

Great food in a nice little bar/restaurant. All food tasted fresh and homemade. The loaded tots tower was so amazing and the 3x3 grilled cheese was great! The Mac and cheese tasted like it may have been a homemade roux that someone put too much flour in, just needs some tweaking. The tomato bisque with the grilled cheese needed some more tomato with it, tasted like it was just mostly cream. I was actually too full to get dessert, will be coming back!

It is a cute little place in a strip mall space, with excellent service, and amazing food. Emily was our server, and she was excellent. She had an awesome personality, was very helpful with suggestions and options, and wasn't suffocating, but made sure she was on top of us if we needed something. The food was excellent. My chicken sandwich was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. They are usually dry when I get them out, but not this time. It was cooked perfect, juicy, and very tasty with the Tennessee sauce and aoli spread. I will definitely be back to get it again. It was so good that I didn't want to try anyone's else's food! If you’re anywhere near Embers Smokehouse and Tap, do yourself a favor and stop in. The food is absolutely incredible — you can tell they take real pride in their barbecue. The brisket was tender and smoky, the ribs fell right off the bone, and the pulled pork sandwich was packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is just as great as the food — warm, relaxed, and full of good energy. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or grabbing a booth with friends, it feels like the kind of place where everyone’s welcome. We saw this restaurant featured on Kelly Drives and put it on our list of places to try. We went today and it did not disappoint. We tried the mini meatballs served on horseradish mashed potatoes as an appetizer. For entrees, we had the A Cut Above sandwich and Bad to Bone ribs with a side of Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious and we have plenty for lunch tomorrow. Lily was our waitress. She was very attentive and friendly. They had a special dessert that sounded delicious but we did not try it, bread pudding made with 100,000 Grand candy bars.

Loved this place! The food was amazing good as well as the portions. There was nothing that I ordered that I didn't like. Although I must say it can get really busy and crowded which ends up on the servers getting overwhelmed and forgetting what you asked for, exampleare plates, sauces that come with your order, more water and even sides that never arrived 🤷‍♀️. Over all I would still come back !
