The young man working at 7:10 pm Jan 6th 2026 had his back to the register and when I approached the counter he turned around, puffed under his breath and said "what do you want'. He was clearly put out by my being there and wanting to order a drink. I did not order because I felt like he might have needed to take a nap. Bad customer service, bad representation of your company and I will not be going to that location again. Becky

This location always makes the drinks correctly which is especially important with their latest Strawberry Matcha Strat Frappuccino. BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF PRODUCTS!!!! Today I opted to go to the Kroger Store Starbucks which is right there close to them and ordered the drink and took it home. Tasted it when I got home and it was AWFUL! Very bitter! Matcha powder overload! Won't be going back here and that was $7 down the drain ($5.95 + $2.00 tip). If i had tasted before I left I would have had them remake it. Horrible!

The girl working the register 12/19 around 9 am was in an extremely poor mood and had an attitude. I’ve worked in food service and have never acted like that. You should smile, greet and actually speak to the customers instead of stare blankly at them when they speak and ask questions.

The person making our coffee was very friendly and smiling. The girl taking our order was extremely rude... very curt and angry. she also did not want to help me figure out how to get a venti drink in a bigger cup because they were out of cups. The other person told me it was because the other stores had been closing. Not my fault. 11/3/20 extremely rude, didn't Mark our coffees... didn't even mix them. all the flavor was in the bottom. Worse customer service ever

If I could give zero stars I would, The girl working morning of 12/26 around 8 am I ordered a sugar cookie latte iced with two pups extra sugar cookie and an extra shot… was made wrong and terrible. She didn’t greet me, waited for a couple minutes before she helped me (was not helping anyone else) and walked to the computer, didn’t say a word to me just assumed I would start ordering, and I was trying to use Apple Pay and she just looked at me dumb, and couldn’t tell me they didn’t have it… and rolled her eyes bc I took to long to get my card out to pay, then when she game me my drink I said “can I please have a straw “ in the meanest voice she said “ WHAT” and I said could I please have a straw as if I was just a inconvenience to her day.
