I stopped on my way home from the pet hospital after a scare with my dog on Thanksgiving. The gentleman that was on the drive through was so nice and we chatted a little bit before I put in my order, but he had no idea what I was going through. When I got up to the window he gave me my order and said “Don’t worry. It’s on us because you are so sweet”. He literally hand-drew a dog on the pup cup. Totally made our daw. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working the drive through on Thanksgiving at around 1:45 PM. He needs a raise!!

I had the worst experience here. Normally I love Starbucks it this one lacked the customer service I’m used to. From the incentive asking of is that all , is that all is that all ? It became a problem. Each time I wanted to add to the order, I was asked again. What else did I want? This is so inconsiderate and it’s and it’s annoying. Once I received my order, it was wrong multiple times. Nothing written on the cups, and the drinks tasted like water. $38.00 wasted… Do better.

We ordered 5 drinks and they did not get them correctly! Had to remake and STILL WRONG! Maybe bc it was NEW YEARS, and they had to work ,and I’m sorry about that ..I’m not sure what the issue was,but we paid for those drinks so they should have been good! And they were gross.

By far the best Starbucks location! Not only did I order less than 15 mins before they closed, but my energy drink i ordered for the next day (no ice). Love love the comment on the cup! Made me laugh multiple times! Thank you Starbucks!
