This evening I went in to grab a refresher before heading home, normally customer service is excellent when I go in, Jaxson is incredible great customer service and most of the ladies in their amazing but not this evening there was one male working named Harper he was very very rude and I ordered a simple refresher as it was a little close to closing, I ordered a pink drink thinking it’ll be quick and easy for him he was very rude about me even being there and my drink was disgusyihg tasted heavily watered down and when I went to grab my drink he threw my straw on the counter and started shaking his head very rude

Went in today with my family to get coffee the heavier set girl was extremely rude with customer service. Her statement wasn’t very uplifting professional or friendly - genuine. As I was ordering she mumbled already going to be a rough day I see so ya Anything else for ya? And as we ordered more she was ugh, well okay turning to the dude in the back how do I even do that, Made me feel like I was a bother for even ordering. Definitely Need to work on customer service and motivation!
The barista was super friendly. In our conversation I mentioned I love cinnamon and she added a bit extra to my Brown Sugar Oat Milk Blond Espresso. Very clean, clearly labeled floor marking, typical Starbucks selection, and great service.
Great customer service in harney County.
