Starbucks Coffee Company

I stopped in for a $4.25 coffee and was disappointed by the experience. At that price point, I would expect basic items like milk or creamer to be fully stocked. I prefer my coffee light brown with plenty of creamer, but I was told they were running low on milk and couldn’t accommodate that request. For what customers are paying, it seems reasonable that management would ensure adequate inventory throughout the day. If supplies are running low, I would expect steps to be taken quickly to correct that. My coffee was also served extremely hot, so I had to wait quite a while before I could drink it. Overall, I expect better consistency and service given the pricing.

I get coffee every single morning before work and I always have the same drive-through window girl who makes my experience bad. She has my drink straw and the card reader already out the window before I even pull up and hands all three things to me at once when I only have two hands. I always feel rushed when she's at the window because she is so fast paced and rushy that I can't even get a word in or tell her hold on. I also know it's not just me thing who feels this way because I have talked to friends and family who have been to the same location and experienced the same thing with her. Either move her off the window or speak to her about having good customer service.

I was here to drop off an order for Instacart and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager even asked if we would like something to drink for doing the order for them. I didn't know what to get so she surprised me with a white chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup blended frozen drink and OMG it was soooo good, my new favorite!

What a pretty Starbucks! Good service, beautiful room, clean bathrooms, and it has a drive thru. I've only been to this location this one time but my experience was ideal. I'd return for sure.

Shout out to the ladies yesterday evening (8/18) for making my trip to this Starbucks location a memorable one. Very friendly and fun experience I had within my short mobile order pickup trip!
