Absolutely love this Starbucks. The workers here are the kindest people I’ve met. I was served by Vick & Andie a couple times here and they are the sweetest girls!! And they actually take the time to make sure your drink is good- unlike other Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! the facility is clean, new and beautiful. Cozy atmosphere with abundant seating inside and outdoor patios, and they have drive through! Excellent customer service. Bring my own cup and they filled the entire the cup up! Deserve more customers definitely.

Bristol's newest Starbucks location on Route 6 and Camp Street is by far my favorite Starbucks in town. Recently just opened in January, the facility is absolutely beautiful inside. I've been coming here a couple times a week this past month to work on my online Master's degree course. I always order my typical coffee or green tea, but today was particularly special when the manager called me over by my name (I didn't even know she knew my name) and asked what a drink off the menu was that I always wanted to try but didn't want to risk buying and not liking. She complimented me with a complimentary pink drink to try, and now I'm hooked! Now I have a new favorite. Talk about amazing customer service that is personable and friendly. This is how every starbucks experience should be! Kind and friendly staff that remember your order and get it right everytime. Yummy drinks, clean, beautiful looking place, fast service, its def my go to starbucks in bristol. Well done guys, keep up the great job!! Thank you!

Food is always good and drinks made with care. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the music in the store is so loud you feel like you're shouting when you're trying to have a conversation with someone.
