Guac N Roll

My 10 year old told me I had to try her favorite Mexican spot. So happy i listened. The fish tacos were amazing ! I have had fish tacos from hundreds of places all over the country having lived in San Diego, Colorado. From food truck, to secret local spots. These were too 3 all time for sure !

Everything at Guac & Roll was absolutely top-notch! Bristol doesn’t have many great restaurants, but this one definitely stands out—especially if you love Spanish-style food. I ordered the birria and steak tacos with street corn and a mango-pineapple drink, and every bite was packed with flavor. The service was excellent and the presentation was on point. For dessert, we tried the flan. While the flavor and caramel were good, the texture was heavier than I’m used to—I typically prefer a lighter, fluffier flan—but that’s just a personal preference. It definitely wasn’t enough to take away from the rest of the experience. Overall, this place deserves all five stars. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and some of the best tacos in town. We went Tuesday night and it was nothing short of delicious. My party got birria tacos, tlayuda campechana, and 2 orders of the ribeye tacos! Let me say these tacos were out of this world! So flavorful-obsessed! Also the mango-pineapple agua fresca is a must try!! We will definitely be adding this to our donner rotation:)

We have been to Guac and Roll a few times since they have opened, we have always had a great experience and delicious meals! Everything we ordered is fresh and delicious. It’s nice to have a a great authentic Mexican option in Bristol! Nachos, tacos, burritos, and much more! You won’t be disappointed with anything you order!

Doesnt it look delicious? Got the steak tacos. Absolutely no seasoning!!! What kind of mexican cuisine is served plain?? Even the sauces they provided were like pouring water on these things (physically, and taste wise). Expected a little bit better:( Tortillas look crunchy are in fact soft. Corn was bussing though, which is why I provided a few stars
