The people that work here are great. The service is excellent, and the very few times a drink has had something wrong with it, the staff always make another without question. It's all around as great as a Starbucks can get

Starbucks at 420 Washington St in Brighton is fabulous. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They are also efficient. I love going there almost everyday! I would be very sad if it was one of the stores to close. I would miss them.

Ordered a blonde vanilla latte with an extra pump of vanilla. They didn't add in any vanilla, but I was already home when I noticed. Mind you, the woman who made my drink was complaining the whole time I was waiting for it, so I'm not surprised this would happen.

This place seems to have improved their staffing and this visit was much better than the last one. There is quite a bit of space inside, with parking available in the rear of the location. It was a most pleasant trip :)

This location is the slowest I’ve ever been to. The wait estimation is always 5-8 minutes, which would be fine but it always takes 15 minutes or longer to get my drink
