Starbucks Coffee Company

I had pretty much given up on Starbucks after hearing about their lack of support towards law enforcement and then experiencing it first hand at the Starbucks on Main St until I met Kelly. She is the most amazing lady. She is friendly and kind to everyone and she truly represents what a good human being should be like. She is the reason I will only go to the Starbucks in Albertsons. I look forward to seeing her smiling face. It makes my day start off a little bit better.

The Starbucks in Albertsons is by far the best in Bozeman. The staff are so so sweet and kind. They also always make your drink perfect!

I love this Starbucks! The coffee is great, but the real gem is the employees who work here! Kelly, Skye, Felicia, Alex, Andrew and anyone I may be forgetting. Thank you for always remembering me, my orders and going the extra mile to make sure I am happy!

Jess (her name is Jess, nametag says Jessie) was amazing. Even right before closing, she let us order slightly off menu and took a great amount of care with making our drinks. She wasn’t rude, even encouraged us to order despite us wanting to go someplace else because she had already partially cleaned her area. My mom loved her drink, half moaned when she tasted it. I liked mine a lot too. It was my own fault that I didn’t order to suit my sweet tooth. I usually don’t like to support corporations like Starbucks but with employees like Jess it’s well worth it.
