Starbucks Coffee Company

This is my regular Starbucks. I recognize all the baristas when I walk in, so it’s nice to see familiar faces. Specifically, Avery is delightful, always greets me and knows my coffee order. All of the baristas are friendly & make sure to say hello when you walk in. They are quick, kind, and are really consistent. I appreciate these people and love this Starbucks location.

This store is the one I go to on a regular basis. The wait times have been horrible. The line to get my drink was all the way to the door. I haven’t seen any of my regular baristas. I look forward to going to see the people I know expertly make my coffee. Do better, Starbucks.

I stopped today it seems like the employees are happy and enjoying their job and very welcoming. I wasn't sure what I wanted with all the holiday drinks the barista who helped me was patient and kind guiding me to a delicious beverage. I can tell the difference in the new management and employees because this was the best experience I've ever had in this location.

How about the owners here stop being so greedy and agree to the labor contract so that we can have our Starbucks and be happy citizens. Starbucks, Bowling Green town doesn’t have to allow you to have a coffee shop here. It’s a privilege. You are lucky. We can all just go to grounds for thought instead. Starbucks is lucky to have the opportunity to make any money in Bowling Green in general. It would be best if you settled for less profits agreed to the labor contract. Starbucks can continue to make money and let employees make a livable wage.

I came here a few days ago and I placed a mobile order for pickup. It took forever to get my drink and when I did get it, it was incorrect. The person who made it I did not recognize even though I come to this Starbucks frequently and I like all of the other employees here. Not sure what’s happened here but I am disappointed!
