Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Frequent sub par service, very little consistency in drink preparation. I have seen the staff argue with customers and talk trash about other customers. It appears that a hand full of the employees would be better suited at a lesser coffee shop where that type of behavior is expected. Go to bishops corner, it is a lot more consistent and the quality of the employees is much higher. Quick edit, 2nd time in 7 days I ordered ahead and after 20 min there was no coffee ready. Completely absurd. Now this may not be directly the staffs fault as there was only 2 employees visible while I waited.

This is THE WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The lines are ridiculously long due to the extremely poor and slow service. They never make the drinks correctly. I always have to ask them to remake it and even the second drink is still incorrect. They provide consistent poor, disappointing, unsatisfactory, unorganized, and discombobulated service. I will never spend my money here again.

The staff was friendly. As soon as I walked in they acknowledged me right away and let me know i was all set for my pickup order. The energy of this location is always great.

Avoid this Starbucks! Record-breaking terrible service! Update - I gave them a second chance. I should have known better. UGH! I'm sorry I came back! How can it take 25 minutes to pour iced tea into a cup? My heated sandwich was cold to the touch long before my drink was ready. This is a new bad-service record. One Star? If you go, make sure you bring something to do while you wait. There were about 4 cars ahead of me, and I waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes before I got to the window. They then messed up my order.
