Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ve reviewed like 10 different Starbucks locations in PA - a few of them very new at the time, but I think if there had to be one thing that separates a great location from others, to someone who gets the same order every time, it would be how well they consistently make your favorite drink. The strawberry açaí lemonade here was phenomenal - some of the best around, but let’s hope that quality is all over their menu all the time. People work hard for their money, and these drinks probably aren’t getting less expensive any time soon.

Excellent location, I am always greeted with warm smiles. Ronnie, the store manager, knows my name and order by heart. Can't ask for a better experience. Nice atmosphere for remote work as well.

They do not follow any drink recipes at that facility. It’s the third time I order a macchiato and I’m disappointed cuz it has little to no espresso. I’m a truck driver and believe me I know when it does at the first sip, cuz I order at many other places in different states, the macchiato is a strong caffeinated drink except at this store. Either they need training on how to prepare the drinks and get supervision while doing it cuz it seems like every order is milk and coffee to them.

Oh my goodness. The service was roughhhhh this morning. I ordered 10-15 ahead of time… when I got there, they were so lost and behind. :/ They were all in a frenzy. Finally, it was time to make my order and when it was getting filled up, the coffee bubbled over, having to restart. Then, they had to change out the big coffee pump below, and start over. It took so long. I was so late to work and I’m a teacher. Other people were waiting inside so long too. So much for ordering ahead…

If your going to prioritize Drive thru during morning rush then do that and close the doors because coming in to order and waiting 25 minutes because the drive thru is priority is not fair . You have 3 baristas on the morning rush all doing drive thru orders . I paid for a coffee and had to just leave after 25 minutes . This was my first and last time at this location.
