I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the awesome crew at Starbucks. This location consistently goes above and beyond every time I come in. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere feels welcoming and positive — which honestly makes a big difference in someone’s day. But what really stands out is the personal care they show their customers. One employee in particular, Linkin, is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, patient, and remembers my exact order without me even having to say it. That level of attention and kindness is rare nowadays. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in, not just doing a job but actually connecting with customers. This location is less than 6 months old. The staff are pleasant and personable but they can't problem solve just yet. I purchase the same drink 90 % of the time. On three separate occasions my drink made at this location has tasted horrible. When they remake it, it still taste horrible. They can't figure it out!! I can go to the Stevensville location and the same drink taste just fine. The issue is with the staff. I recommended they taste their own product and they acted like it was a crazy suggestion.

Ordered a small hot chocolate, but they upgraded me to a large instead! Appreciated the nice surprise. Hope I don’t get anyone in trouble 😅

the staff is always so kind and you don't have a very long wait time. my dragonfruit refresher is so pretty and tastes great!

I enjoy my coffee ☕️ and this location is always very kind! From the manager to all the staff members as well! Im grateful to have this Starbucks in our community! My coffee is always prepared correctly and efficiently!
