Starbucks Coffee Company

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there were no customers in line. The employees were busy organizing cups and other items but did not bother to respond or take my order. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I do not expect this level of service from Starbucks.

I had a bad experience with customer service. The representative showed a complete lack of interest. No proper response and it took around 20min to make 1 drink and 3/4th glass only has whipping cream although I mentioned No cream. Complete disappointment.

Although it isn't a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. This location is within the Harris Teeter on the right when you walk in the store's front doors.

Female employee never acknowledged me standing at the counter waiting to order, …and continued to ignore me as she cleaned up. I ended up walking away. Never going to another Starbucks at Harris Teeter !

Two separate occasions with two separate servers, got grief on "no ice" like other reviewers here. Trying to ask each other "how do we charge for this?" And "did you want a bit more coffee or just ok with a gap?" - like what's the play here? Every other Starbucks just fills it up like a hot coffee instead of nickel and dimimg, and adding friction and confusion. Better training and better attitude needed here. (For reference: a 12oz hot coffee here is 2.65, and 12oz iced coffee is 3.75 - it's already 41% more costly for the same amount of coffee with or without ice, so why the hard time here? Especially for those of us who don't want our coffees watered down)
