Starbucks Coffee Company

Opened at 8:03 pm on Oct 3 2025. Doors opened but no one in the entire store to service. Is it even believable. We used restroom waited and went out. I can’t believe standard of Starbucks went soo low.

Associates on their phone. Blah, blah, blah. My order was fine. Iced mocha light ice, no whipped cream

Went through drive thru at 5:40 pm to get coffee before work like I always do. No one said anything at the speaker so after a couple minutes I drove to the window. There were 3 employees sitting on the counter that kept glancing at me then giggling and continued on their phones. Completely ignored me until I questioned loudly so they could hear me through the window asking if they were closed. Which closing is 6pm. Completely unprofessional and will not be returning.

Horrible. I ordered a simple grande caramel macchiato. Nothing like any other Starbucks caramel macchiato I've ever had. It's like they left out the syrup and the caramel. Not a surprise as the barista looked lost and standing around talking.

3rd time here and never open you advertise drive thru and it’s always close with cone and never can get service. Plus it’s the last service area on thruway. Do better.
