I’m not sure how much coffee lovers—or dedicated Starbucks fans—will care about this review, but I wanted to share the customer experience I had at this location. I ordered four hot chocolates for my kids on a snowy day. Since there’s no drive-through here, I parked the car, left the kids inside, and went in to pick up the order. What I expected was freshly made hot chocolates, organized in cup holders with splash sticks, especially for a pickup order. Instead, there were no cup holders and no splash sticks. I was asked to carry all four cups by hand with open lids. I had originally planned to order five, but I’m glad I didn’t—otherwise I would have needed multiple trips just to carry the drinks. Given the prices Starbucks charges, I think it’s reasonable to expect better attention to b

inside ACME store - not bad for coffee or hot drinks. If you're searching for a real Starbucks to hang out in, this is not it—just it's a Starbucks counter and a few chairs inside a grocery store. easy and convenient

Please tell the workers to talk about patrons after they’ve left not prior to as I caught them laughing as I came back to ask for more sugar. I don’t have time for that when I’m the Payne customer.

Maybe the worst possible version of a Starbucks and the male manager is not friendly or accommodating whatsoever

Made my drink amazing! The worker was so friendly and he made my drink fast! But they don’t accept mobile orders in the app unfortunately :-( still great though
