The 3 crew members working were amazing! So nice! My order was fast and delicious! They told me to drive carefully as it was storming pretty bad out. I appreciate the fantastic service.

I’m a regular I love coming in to see my favorite Starbucks baristas. They make my experience so enjoyable! They are always so pumped up and you can tell they genuinely love working with eachother it makes coming in so fun. Recently I’ve heard there’s a new manager and she is just god awful. You can see the energy shift when she is there. I’ve heard them say they are not allowed to talk unless it is work related, they aren’t allowed to be too happy, chatty, excited, sing. It blows my mind because the atmosphere they provide with their fun loving attitudes and love for eachother and their customers is unmatched! It’s very upsetting to see the shift because of this manager. I wanted to post here but I will also be having a chat if I see the manager in person because it doesn’t seem like a go

This place is heavily understaffed and there is always a long line in a long wait. Even if you order online, you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for your drink. It is not fast jumping hit a drink and be back on the road. It takes a long time to get your Fix. The restrooms are locked and you cannot get in unless you have the code at the bottom of your receipt. You cannot get a receipt until you stand in line and pay for your drink. The coffee was good. When it finally got served .

I recently visited a Starbucks location, and while the overall experience was positive, I did notice that the cleanliness left something to be desired. The coffee and service were up to the usual Starbucks standards, offering a tasty and convenient pick-me-up. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant visit. However, I couldn't help but notice that the seating area and some surfaces were a bit dirty, which did detract from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere. It would be great to see a bit more attention to cleanliness to match the high-quality coffee and service that Starbucks is known for.

If I could give zero stars I would, came in for my morning coffee and was met with a extremely rude and unprofessional woman named Peyton. I'm a very nice and kind person and I treat others as such. Was greeted with unprofessionalisum and rudeness had a attitude with me for nothing, I get it we all have bad days but this was different. Condensing tone and rolled her eyes and sighed when I gave my simple order for ONE COFFEE. Upon waiting for my coffee I got to witness her also treat her coworkers poorly. Again with a tone and complete rudeness. Said co worker appeared on the brink of tears all while this other woman is clearly trying her best. If this is the face of Starbucks I'll never return that woman should be fired for her unprofessionalisum and hate she displays to not only customers
