Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ve been to this Starbucks several times, and overall it’s been a great experience. The staff is almost always friendly, and the drinks and food are consistently good! This location deserves 4.5 stars! I also really like the layout of this location — there’s plenty of space inside compared to some other stores. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which I always appreciate. It’s located in a shared parking lot with free parking, though finding a spot can sometimes be a challenge during heavy traffic times. Overall, a solid and reliable location!

Come everyday religiously. Likely switching to a new one in town (sadly, I love this crew!) due to malfuntional and dangerous drive thru routing. Suggested a Store or District Manager visit to reassess the current car route for drive thru entrance. For seasoned customers, this is a detriment to the purpose and enjoyment of the service. Customer fighting & confusion.

The barista the register right now is excellent! He was super helpful and let my kids take their time, order and helped them through the process. He saw I was trying to let them do it on their own and played along and assisted. He was absolutely amazing with them and I really appreciate it!

Guy that took my order just opened the window and stuck the card machine in my face. No hello. No good morning. No stating the bill total. Honestly, he didn't even look at me. He closed the window then started talking to the 3 other employees. I was literally the only customer besides the order being placed behind me. Mind you I can see my coffees sitting on the counter. Small girl working points at me and the coffees. Same guy again shoves the card machine in my face. I said "I already paid" He asks, "so you're just waiting on?" "Literally everything. Coffee, sandwiches. They are all sitting right there. I watched them put them on the counter while you danced"

I accidentally placed my mobile order for the wrong Starbucks (Pinehurst). The employees at the Aberdeen Starbucks were very accommodating and took care of the order no problem. Made sure to cancel the Pinehurst order. Thank you so much to both stores for your help.
