Starbucks

My order is the same every time I go to Starbucks, a no foam latte. This place never gets it right, they never fill up the cup, they just put less in it. I hate having to get my coffee made over in the mornings but that’s usually what happens. And I just take the second one even though it’s not corrected because I don’t want to be a nuisance (and because it’s the morning time and people have things to do). The picture below is literally what happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I guess I’m the problem because I should just go to a different location lol

I come here pretty much every day, and I will not be back. Not because my drink was bad, I had to wait, or any of the usual reasons, but because the management here is terrible. Hopefully someone sees this and gives the barista working today a raise. I genuinely feel bad for anyone working after what I experienced today. I placed a mobile order around 2:50. I got a notification that it was ready and went in. The sandwich was ready, but my cold brew was sitting empty under the spout… not a big deal. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter to check on my drink, because I could literally see my cup with my name on it and it just needed someone to pour from the tap. I ordered one venti caramel ribbon crunch with caramel “lining the cup” and one venti caramel frap also with caramel “lining the cup”. Being that I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for over 15+ years and I been to multiple different Starbucks outside of Oklahoma. And I’ve always have ordered it this way. Neither one I ordered today had caramel lining the cup the drive thru gentleman tried to tell me yes it’s in the frap, and I said no it’s supposed to be lining the cup. He took one of the drinks back after “lined it with caramel” when he came back to the window it was one little drizzle and put in a new cup. I’ve been to this location maybe a hand full of times and it’s made the correct way. I don’t appreciate spending money and not receiving what I paid for. I also had to ask for my receip

I stop by nearly every single day to get my wife The same exact drink, it always comes to $6.86. This time it came to $8.30. And when I brought it up to them, they said that is the price. I said, no, it's not. So I got on their website, ordered the same drink, and it came to $6.86. And I showed them and the lady got rude. She then told me all Starbucks prices are different. So I showed her that it was for their location. She then closed the door and quit talking to me. Another worker said sorry not sure what happened with the pricing but never offered to refund my money. There's a reason this Starbucks has such low reviews.

Received a gift card for Christmas and knew of the food being really good. Went there for a couple grilled cheese sandwiches and some dessert. Extremely tasty! Will definitely come back!
