Harley's Cafe

Stopped for breakfast on a weekday. Moderately busy at 8 in the morning. Lots of locals, which normally means a decent place to eat. Server was friendly and nice. Food was on the table quick after ordering. Was perfect portions, cooked well and tasted great. No complaints here!!

We have eaten here for years and ALWAYS happy with the food but last weekend it was horrible! Ordered the fried pork chops and eggs. Normally a tempura type of crust, delicious, but they changed the breading to I don't know what, and my hash browns didn't even look or taste cooked...just thawed to room temperature and put on the plate. Took leftovers home and just picked the pork out of the breading and threw the rest away. Maybe a cook change?

Went there on a Friday morning. The food was good really good. The service was very bad. This was the first time that i been there. The waitress never came to the table to check on us. She was just crappy.

Went with some friends for breakfast. We waited over a half hour for our food. It sat under the heat lamp while waitresses wout look at the ticket and then walk away. There was more than enough people working the floor. Maybe the wait staff needs to worry less about their own station tips and focus more on service. It wasn't that busy. I've spent many years in the food service industry. Not happy.
