Starbucks

I went through the drive through today at 8:20-8:25 and the girl working the delivery window was incredible. Just thought she deserved a call out because she was the perfect level of warmth people need in the mornings. She was communicative and so nice. I didn't catch her name but she deserve the shout out!

5.50 + 1.00 tip for mediocre 6oz frappe and 2 oz of whipping cream I was not impressed. I went through the drive through and ordered a small Caramel Frappé. It was pushing 6 dollars but I knew that Starbucks is known for it's quality so I ordered it anyway. I got it and It came in a tiny 8 oz cup with a 1/4 of it being taken up by whipping cream. Then when I got to the window they held out a card reader with a tipping screen. I ended up spending another $1.00 due to the screens display making the no tip option harder to find and more time consuming (something that is extremely frustrating when your just trying to get back to work during your lunch hour). I took a drink of my frappe and it tasted like milk with a dash of coffee. I will not be going back.

Guys this Starbucks location is just the best. Fastest service around. SO friendly. I’ve literally never had a bad experience and my drinks are always amazing!!

Delivery these days is chaos. Nobody deserves to be blamed when its a fast paced world we live in these days. Mistakes happen. Huge Thank You, to Keisha for the great response and making sure that we were satisfied. 🌟

I'd give this location 5 stars if it weren't for the loud rap music playing inside. I came to work and take some calls, neither of which I could do inside.. apart from that, the coffee and sandwich were both made perfectly. Would just recommend a more neutral playlist given how many people would use the space to work or study.
