I ordered from the wrong store a couple days ago and that store told me to call for a refund. I called this location they apologized and said they can only refund in store that the location I was at was supposed to honor it. So, I came into the store two days later and a gentleman named Nick helped me. I took forever explaining and had to find the order to reference the drink I wanted. I know I held them up, but he was so polite, fast, and efficient. Wonderful customer service! There was another lady there named Nick that made my drink and she needs to be making all the drinks because it was perfect. I’ve never gone inside this location before, but that whole staff was hustling the entire time. Five stars give the Nicks both of them a raise!

So hit or miss here, more miss lately. Especially my last order. Spent nearly $7 on a caramel machiatto with extra caramel drizzle and basically got a plain coffee. No caramel flavoring whatsoever. Better of going to Maverick and making my own.

I got the lavender drink before and it was all bright and you can clearly see the lavender in it but they made my drink and you can’t even see any lavender or taste it you can see speckles of it.. would have complained but I got better things to do
