Scooter's Coffee

I love starting my morning with these bright and cheery drink masters!!! Whether it is 630 am or 3 pm they love the work they do sending all of us off to our work or activities in the right mood. They know they control how are day turns out at the beginning. The drink menu is wonderful. I am a fan of the red bull infusion drinks but like all the options on the cold drinks menu as well. If you need bites they have great tastes there too. Love the everything bagel sandwich. Can't go wrong with mini donuts and always a stellar option cinnamon roll!!! Best part of my day and a do not miss in Altoona!!!! I am a huge fan of this drive thru on the go excellent service. Try the menu and you will find your favorites. But the service is out of this world fun, cheerful and welcoming. Ty

Service was so fast!! I was in a rush to get a drink before work but I ended up arriving early due to the speedy service. The person in the drive thru was very nice as well. 10/10 experience and I will be going to this location more often :)

The majority of the scooters always provide the best and friendly service. This location in particular is amazing.they are fast, friendly and provides outstanding customer service. They made ordering drinks and items a very simplistic process. They now offer smoothies!!! Highly recommending scooters especially this location.

The woman at the window was so kind and patient, she had a great drink recommendation after the drink I was looking for was no longer on the menu. I tend to have issues at other coffee shops nearby with bad customer service but not here, everytime I come to scooters the baristas are so kind and helpful, and they’re always smiling and laughing with each other, makes me feel like they enjoy their jobs and have a great relationship with their coworkers.

I come to scooters a lot and usually don’t have any problems. Today I ordered mini donuts and they were frozen and hard as a rock. I asked the worker to change my order and I wanted to order the mini muffins instead.. my issue was the employees attitude! She was rude and sighed loud, while rolling her eyes. Then she turned around talking shit to another employee and they both looked at me rude and I over heard her saying well these aren’t even hard. MIND YOU SHE JUST GOT THROUGH ADMITTING THE DONUTS WERE TAKEN OUT OF THE FREEZER.
