Ms Fatima is one of the most considerate and patient business owners I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I paid for remote notary services with this company and when Fatima called to do the notarization my link wouldn’t load. Ms Fatima was understanding and accommodating by giving me an appointment for the next day so I could fix my WiFi service problem. Unfortunately the problem persisted so Ms Fatima made an appointment to meet with me at no extra cost to notarized my documents, she even printed them out and informed me on how to scan my documents from my phone.
