I have been going here since I was a little kid. I will say their chocolate it’s very good. But their choice of whom they employ and have up front seems to need some customer service training/better communication skills. At the very least a little more kindness. The last three shopping experiences have been incredibly tainted with a rude older woman who talks down to you. Looks at you like you’re a hassle and will actively tell you to not ask her anything until you fully know what you want. I just got out of a month long hospital stay and this was unfortunately my only outing since. It had been my first and probably last time trying solid food in over a few months and I really wanted a good chocolate as I am on chemo now I cannot have a lot of additives and thought of my local chocolate sh

Amazing candy store that brings you down memory lane with quality goods. Always craving their cocoa dusted chocolate almonds. Great place to stock up on treats for yourself and gifts for others!

I was charged an extra $2 for a .15 cent box to put candy in that was over $20 a lb. They also have the card reader that asks how much of a tip you would like to leave. And you can't complete your payment until you put in an amount or click on no tip. How tacky is that. Do these employees get paid a " waitress wage" ? Why do I have to tip someone that took one minute to take my payment ?

If you love candy, chocolate or any type of sweets, this is your place. I've been coming here for years and I never leave wishing they had what I wanted. I always leave happy and with what I had come for. This place is truly a little piece of history.

Passing through but saw this place on Under the Radar Michigan and wanted to stop. Beautiful location. Great selection of chocolates and candies. Unfortunately, they don't make much of the confections any longer in house. But the chocolates they do make there, like the chocolate covered cherries, are delicious. The other items are yummy as well they just order them elsewhere. The first person that waited on me was not having a great day and I was put off by the huffing around but got a chance to go back in to get some toffee after my friend was stating how delicious it was and that person was all smiles and very friendly.
