St. James Deli & Spirits

Had absolutely no idea about this little gem of a place. I go to a place across the street and have never stopped in here till today and let me tell you this place is awesome I found out from the wonderful staff that it's family owned and operated and it shows. The friendliness and the attention to detail is phenomenal. As I was waiting I've noticed this place is hopping with business and now I know why. Only wish I had to stop here before now.

Absolutely delicious! Southern Maryland is a food desert and this place was the first place I’ve found in Southern Maryland that was something to write home about. Please support this small business— too many chains with mediocre food in our area. I had the Chubby ciabatta and a honey cinnamon shaken iced coffee 😍 highly recommend!

Excellent sandwiches and good-looking pizza too (large slices, not greasy). We ordered the Chubby Ciabatta and a custom-topping Turkey & Cheese. Both sandwiches were made quickly, although we were happy to wait - walk around and google at the extensive wine, beer and alcohol sales. The turkey & cheese was on the freshest sourdough bread I've every had! My husband devoured the Chubby Ciabatta. There are just a few stools to eat at or wait for your order. We'll definitely be back...seems like you can't go wrong ordering from this place!

Great place! I haven't been here since before they remodeled the place. It looks like they practically rebuilt it! It's a very nice place, clean and well stocked with merchandise and staff. They serve plenty of food and at a fair price. This evening I grabbed a pizza and mozzarella sticks and was not disappointed! The pizza had plenty of crunch but still chewy while still holding firm til the end of the slice. Pepperoni slice were nice and large which leave a lot of flavor in the cheese. Plenty of drinks and to-go snacks if you're in a hurry.

Never had a bad meal here. Great food, surprisingly great selection of spirits and beers. Service is relatively quick even when they are packed.
