Hi this is Jason Dea, I live in downtown Cotati I can’t express how outstanding service I’ve been getting each time it’s worth the drive to feel welcome 🙏 each time I walk in the doors & feel like I’m @ 🏠 all the staff were trained very well & this library 📚 is one of my absolute favorites to just come & relax just to browse…. I love ❤️ the scenery inside & the 🍇 vines around the North side…. You’re the BEST!!!!

I spend my study time and computer work here, the only thing I wish they have; is a standing table because I can't sit long enough due to some lower back issues, I love to continue working on my computer projects and readings in a standing position, I know I am not alone because I heard and talked to some people who had the same issues, the rest is all excellent. People are nice, helpful and lovely.

Wonderful helpful folks. Hard to imagine Lindsey's poor handling as these are the hardest working librarians I know. They go above and beyond and so very helpful even when really busy. I've been to many libraries and this one is the best!

I just had a very unfortunate experience with the help desk. My first phone call I was very rudely ask to wait a minute, no hello, no can you hold please I'll be right with you. I never even got a sound in let alone a word. And then I was disconnected. When I called back I barely got my question out before the rude woman said "no" and hung up on me. Considering public libraries are a dying breed you would think their staff would be more kind and welcoming.
