Southbridge Napa Valley

We had a great stay at Southbridge Napa Valley. The location is excellent--walking distance to Main Street in St. Helena, surrounded by tons of restaurants, and right next to the health spa, which is a huge bonus. The price felt reasonable for the area, especially considering breakfast is included and delivered directly to your room. That added a really nice, relaxed touch to the mornings. Parking was easy and convenient, and we appreciated the on-site EV charging. The only downside for me personally was the bed, which was extremely soft. If you love plush mattresses, you’ll probably be very happy. I tend to prefer something firmer, and it was soft enough that I ended up sleeping on the floor for a few hours. We can't wait to go back!!

Hidden Gem!!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, very attentive and friendly. We celebrate our anniversary and received such a nice surprise when we checked in to the room. The rooms are very clean and spacious, very comfortable bedding. The location is prime! They had spa next door which we used and also an amazing winery next door too. Overall it was such an amazing experience, thank you for making our anniversary trip special

The rooms are overpriced for what they offer. The bathrooms look like motel 6. Very small and small paper packages with product provided not enough for 2 people. Very cheap packaging. They say water is provided but not bottled. There are containers filled with water unsealed so don't know how long it was there or who put it there. Unfortunately the heater was not working it was 59 degrees in the room. Space heater was offered but the room was too large and too cold for it to work. Tried to take a hot shower but the water after 15 minutes did not get hot. We ended up having to find another hotel.

Wonderful stay! Friendly lovely staff, clean room & facilities, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room (need to fill out the form the night before) , check out at noon, complimentary wine tasting at the winery next door, heated pool & jacuzzi, nicely equipped gym, great location 10/10 Thank you guys for our flawless experience in St Helena! Would love to come back!
